Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If the item(s) were damaged during shipping, please contact Bullgoose Shaving via email within 3 (three) days of receipt of the package and the item(s) will be replaced with like item(s). Certain conditions/requirements may apply.

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:

1) The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging with all inserts and leaflets included. If the packaging has tamper seals, these must still be intact.

2) You must contact us via email to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 15 calendar days of receiving the item.

3) You MUST contact us via email to get an authorization number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused, returned to sender, and no refund will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in the following manner:

You will get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. This refund will be issued within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

You will be responsible for return shipping charges to return the product to us. You must use a shipping method that provides delivery confirmation.

Many of the products offered by Bullgoose Shaving Supplies include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however we are not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.
